Born and raised in Montana, I’ve always believed in the power of grit, teamwork, and heart - values I first learned as the oldest of three siblings and honed on the basketball court as a University of Montana Lady Griz. Those lessons have fueled more than 15 years in technology consulting and business development, helping high-growth companies scale technology teams and execute strategies with precision and impact.

Today, I’m the founder of Herizon Consulting, a women-owned, owner-led firm based in Bozeman, MT, dedicated to being the golden thread in relationships between clients and consultants. We serve companies across the Mountain West and partner with organizations of all sizes that see technology as a competitive advantage.

Beyond the boardroom, my greatest role is being “wife and mom” to three young kids (ages 6, 4, and 2), who keep me just as sharp, creative, and competitive as any executive board or basketball court. When I’m not helping companies build dream teams, you’ll find me soaking up Montana summers and hiking the trails, cooking over a campfire, or cheering at the local rodeo or sporting event.
